The wind of dinking had existed since ancient times and become very popular today.Although there are repeat orders and injunctions,it is more and more prosperous.This is serious corruption phenomenon.The so-called “drinking and eating by public money” is to spend people’s money totally for personal advantages,.The aim of it is to draw someone over to his/her side,request another’s help or clamber.So,many Song Museum and wine restaurant become a place for the bribers to do business with no cost.This wind is bad to people and country.The old saying”The wine in gold cups is blood of thousands of people”,and the words today”one banquet table with a cow”.All those corrupt people must be self-examination and think over about the fate of country,hard work of people and children’s education,and ask himself/herself where and what color of his or her heart?The solution is to fight against corruption to the end.The decision of Jiang Zemin is that there is no place for corrupt people in party,in the 15th Congress of the Communist Party of China.Only in this way,we can stop the unhealthy ways and customs of “drinking and eating by public money”.
